Empower Nations Initiative (ENI) focuses on strengthening capacities of the youth, women, and men who are majorly small holders and SMEs, to trigger, grow, and improve their ideas and actions into profitable and sustainable businesses.

Training, mentoring, and partnerships are at the heart of our work, deploying holistic methodologies right from identification and analysis of capacity gaps to creation of gap filling measures while innovatively embracing technology that is appropriate target audiences and environment with ultimate aim of building a thriving and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. Since our inception in 2018, we have inspired and supported more than 2,000 individuals directly and above 4,000 indirectly to start, grow and sustain successful micro, small and medium-sized businesses in different regions of Uganda.

As a result, many women and youth are able to create a brighter, more prosperous and predictable future for themselves, their families, and their communities. In turn, they contribute to more robust economies blended with gender equality, sustainable livelihood, mental wellbeing and a thriving entrepreneurial sector.

Our approach fosters working together to enable the target audience to reach their potential through Mindset shift and attitude change and we position ourselves as an agency that awakens and inspires passion for business and entrepreneurship as an engine for society transformation.
